At KeePeto, every piece is a bespoke work of art. Because your item is meticulously handcrafted from scratch, our delivery timeline looks a little different from typical online stores.

Estimated Delivery = Processing Time (Handcrafting) + Transit Time (Shipping)

1. Processing Time (The Handcrafting Journey)

True art takes time. Once you place an order and approve the digital design proof we email to you, our master artisans will begin carving your piece. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for the meticulous hand-carving, painting, and quality inspection of your custom leather keepsake. We promise the wait will be worth it.

2. Transit Time & Shipping Rates

Once your masterpiece is complete and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches its destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. KeePeto has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

4. Order Cancellation & Address Changes

• Address Changes: If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@keepeto.com. We can only change the address before your order has been dispatched.

• Cancellations: Because each item is 100% custom-made for you, our cancellation policy is tiered. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for detailed information regarding sketch fees and final sales.

5. How Can I Track My Order?

After your custom piece is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can monitor your package’s journey directly through the carrier's website. If you have any questions about your shipment, reach out to us at support@keepeto.com and our team will get back to you within 24 hours.
