To ensure a lifelike and stunning bespoke portrait, please follow these guidelines:

• Clear & Close-Up: Upload a high-resolution photo where your pet’s facial features and eyes are sharply in focus. The clearer the photo, the more details we can carve.

• Eye-Level Angle: For the most natural 3D effect, try to take the photo at your pet’s eye level. Avoid extreme angles (like shooting directly from above or below).

• Natural Lighting: Natural daylight is ideal. Good lighting helps our artists accurately capture your pet’s true fur colors and textures. Please avoid harsh flashes or deep shadows.

• Nothing Cut Off: Ensure your pet’s entire head—including long ears, whiskers, or fluffy cheeks—fits completely inside the frame.

• Steady Pose: Make sure your pet’s expression looks natural and the image is free from motion blur.
